Is everything confidential?

Absolutely. Your privacy and trust are our top priorities. All sessions and information are kept strictly confidential.

Do I need prior experience with coaching?

No experience is necessary. We welcome you exactly as you are and tailor our approach to your needs.

Is coaching a replacement for therapy?

No. Coaching is not therapy and does not replace mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on forward-focused growth, support, and self-reconnection. If you’re currently in therapy, coaching can be a powerful complement.
